The company did not buy any shares and does not have a buyback program. The
2 billion shares will never be sold on the open market.... They are restricted shares and are at my name. Therefore restricted. Restricted cannot be sold on the market... Since I bought this company in 2007...I never sold ONE share...but bought many shares.
