Hmmmmmmmmm...I dunno but what that pretty much eliminates 99.999999999999% of the population! At least I've never heard of anyone complaining of "constant sharp pains" unless they had a kidney stone or were giving birth!

In any case, WHY "constant"? WHY "sharp"?? Is there some logic to that?
