10-Q coming in ~ 2 weeks. If sales show minimal growth then an uplisting to Nasdaq won't save this puppy. If anything the exposure to short sellers might do more harm. I am bullish that we are still on track for $12mm in sales this fiscal yr which should put us on the right track.
