That is a real stretch. So far they have announced only a single special dividend, with no announcement of or commitment to a recurring dividend.

The special dividend is simply the company barfing a slug of cash back to shareholders.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
