WOGI is in bed with bcap/Dwyer ( a non reporting , known shell scam and convertible debt lender) that's a fact. Another fact is that the ceo of Bcap changes his interest and original notes to the companies he lends money like toilet paper. Until the books and records of WOGI reflect the actual amounts of stock for the accrued interest that has not been forgiven , one has to go by past history of bcrap loan arrangements.

If this po* ever books any revenue you can bet your last meal that Bcap will get theirs , reporting or not. Could be ALL of the money and stock , could be just "some".
