I think Willie is an idiot for filing all those amended reports. He admitted that SUGO violated SEC rules for not filing audited financials for the annuals. He was also stupid enough to state that SUGO failed to file audited financials for quarterlies in the filings. Seems Willie is just in way to deep to comprehend what needs filing or Erwin is telling him to file stuff to get this stock selling. Erwin has a ton to dump before he shuts this scam down and does the next reverse split.
