It's barely changed since the amended them to increase the OS. If there's one thing I can say for certainty with DSCR, it's that they do not deal with toxic financing or rampant dilution. Surprisingly they do care about their share structure. They've diluted very little and utilize restricted shares without unfavorable convertible debentures.

They've commenced an audit as well as getting ready to file an S-1 registration to seek advantageous financing with CAPEX which is used to purchase or improve existing fixed assets.
