Probably because it is reasonable speculation that the reason the AS is being expanded so significantly is to make enough room for a cash and asset acquisition while maintaining 50.1% AS available to fend off a hostile low bid offer upon discovery. They have already indicated their are looking at additional targets/claims/assets and clearly they are fond of a shallow, less expensive drill program for high grade skarn at HM.
