What investigations? RIVT is nothing more than a shell. No wrongdoings from them. Just a few traders who placed a rumor and others who bought into it. They even didn't sell as it became clear later in the day that all was BS. Totally their fault IMO.
RIVT is very late on filings. Ok. But I can see that in a minute and decide whether to keep it trading or revoke it. Too many fat asses at finra is the problem.
