(Sorry for my late reply). I would have thought an IT specialist could provide a link or at least give the right directions to find the filing. Apparently he couldn't, and possibly only heard about it.
Ok now we know Mario Biasini sold 442,750 shares which is IMO what everybody does at some point in time ( no onen keeps his shares forever).
Questions could be:
1) why did he sold.
But more importantly
2) how many shares he still has
