Your point is well taken about getting the police involved. I notified the SEC with detailed information. To date, they have not taken action. This does not mean they won't! I suspect, just as with EVERY investigation they will build their own file and compile their own information along with what other's have sent them before they make any moves.

Don't take their inaction as a sign of NO action!!!! I have never seen the SEC move with lightening speed on this type of thing. Now, if it were as serious as say, IVEH, yes I would expect immediate action.

Don't jump to conclusions about what I have or have not already done!
