Touch can't conclude that at all. We don't know what the terms are and they chose to exclude the price.

Why wouldn't he have bought in the $3.20 plus $4 warrant round only weeks before? Doesn't add up.

Did someone, or the company, lend him the money with only recourse to the shares? Was this prearranged? Related to the lockup? Why did Mario B unload? Why no price disclosure per the regulations?

If some big News is imminent that would be insider trading, hence no major imminent news.
