The SEDI site can be difficult to navigate. My apologies for not providing more specific directions. The way I review filings is to start from this page: SEDI

Once there follow these directions:
*Click on "view summary reports" on the left hand column
*Mark "insider transaction detail" then click next
*Under "Identify insider or issuer" select issuer name from the drop down tab then type Sphere 3d, scroll to the bottom and click next.
*Click on "view" and the transaction detail will populate.
