Kent N. Jacobson, age 47 (CEO) is an accredited financial planner with over 17 years experience. He has served as an officer and director of professional associations within the industry, at both regional and national levels. His extensive knowledge of financial markets will be a valuable asset.

Thomas M. Gouger III (COO) age 59 is presently the vice-president of the company and is in charge of training all employees including over-sight of their performance. He has over thirty (30) years in the all facets of the oil business including service and production experience. He lives in the San Antonio area and is familiar with cementing services and related operations in the South Texas area.

Warren S. Wayne, age 45 (V.P Finance) has many years experience as an executive not only in the oil and gas industry, but he has also been involved with the start up of companies utilizing new technologies. Most recently he has been Secretary/Treasurer for an oil and gas exploration company operating in the South Texas area.

David B. Cummings (Director) age 54 has B. S. in Marketing. He is the president and owner of Cummings Wire line Co. specializing in cased-hole wire line work for shallow oil and gas wells in the South Texas area. He has over 25 years experience in service work for the oil and gas business. He has also had experience with production and has held the position of Vice-President of Operations for an oil producing company with significant oil production in the South Texas area.
