And just so nobody is confused, the next line in the 10Q reads:
"...the Company will provide TelePlus with publicly-trading status which, in turn, will permit the Company to raise capital to support TelePlus."
translation= teleplus can't support itself so we will support via dilution. dilution means only that we will screw the retail investor. It's not complicated, they pump it up and then shit all over the little guy. Good luck trying to figure out where the pump ends and the dump begins.
