POZN POZEN downgrade details (6.80 -7.31) -Update-

As mentioned at 12:45, Cowen downgraded POZN to Neutral from Outperform after the co announced that the FDA issued an approvable letter for Trexima, pending additional safety information and possibly new clinical trials. While POZN shares are trading down to $7, firm believes there is potential for more downside should additional lengthy safety trials push launch back to 2009 or beyond, at which point Trexima would likely struggle to gain traction in the presence of generic Imitrex.
