What arrogance, to claim that you know that RE is in a bubble and "Certainly for a long time to come", There surely are many people that think that RE is still far from inflated, at least in many parts of the nation. The word certainly is surely a greater display of "arrogance"t than a "never" that was never there. You are so emotional about gold that when reading a cogent argument suggesting gold should be treated as commodity got you to see red and assume the strength of the argument so irrefutable that it meant "never".
