RNVC—I remain baffled by the CSO’s departure (announced in a Friday evening PR on a holiday weekend: #msg-115131359).

This is what is it says about Jacob Waugh in RVNC’s DEF14A filing (http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1479290/000162828015001990/rvnc2015proxystatement.htm ):

Jacob Waugh, M.D. (44) is one of our co-founders and has served as our Chief Scientific Officer since June 2002.

From 1997 to 2004, Dr. Waugh served on staff at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He has authored over 30 research manuscripts and publications in the field of tissue engineering, molecular and cell biology, and gene therapy. He has served as an expert referee for numerous medical and scientific journals. He has eleven patents granted in the United States and numerous additional patent applications.

RVNC’s manufacturing problem that occurred with RT001 (now fixed, according to the company) would not seem to be Waugh’s bailiwick, so I presume Waugh is the fall guy for some new problem.
