Hey, the property will be by then ten times its current worth (assuming you 1/10 value). If you know major hyperinflation comes, debt at low interest rates backed by appreciating properties is the ticket. I for one, do not see any immediate threat of inflation, so don't rush to buy the next piece of inflated RE you see there.
