How in the hell is this company a pure fraud? Lol you provide no proof, just show up and say .0001 is coming. What a joke. Explain the 8k stating all convertible debt was gone. How do you explain that? The 8k can't be a fraud unless you think the SEC is also one lol you and every other basher on here is the fraud.

BRWC is free of toxic debt, has multimillion dollar deals out of Asia and has confirmed PR next week. Many speculating (because of hints from the CEO) that this PR is a share reduction, buy out or merger of some sort.
