If they want to have this southern tough guy affectation on SM that's fine.

But in parallel to that attitude, the old saying "walk the walk, talk the talk" applies.

Them yelling about the "bashers" and "making fools out of the naysayers" and "having the last laugh" etc is fine. But they need to understand that they aren't backing up diddly squat with all the pics and retweets.

If they want to attain the legitimacy they so very much desire, that will come when their deals and financial status are emblazoned on EDGAR.

People invest money and put their hard earned money on the line. They need to hold up their end of the bargain via transparency and SEC compliancy.

I pulled my working capital out of this stock and only have free shares here, so for now in happy to let it ride and see what happens. But hjoe & Co need to man the F up and start walking the walk.
