Liquid....since I've been here BRWC has made some good moves....Although i think its best moves are yet to come...I firmly believe in this water sector now and its up to the company how far they can take this...this is like the pot stocks when most were in the subbie land....if BRWC can capitalize and make the right moves this could see penny's for the long term holders....funding/rev increases/share reduction/new contracts/ and your sitting at a penny plus imo...get your bids in BRWC
