SOHO deal in 2014 and another fake deal in 2015 with Vanguard...how does one spot a fake deal...well if the PR talks a lot about growing China population and rise in per capita income and absolutely nothing about the specifics of a deal you have a tipical fake OTC PR....flip this turd or lose it all....
