And you also know that there are a lot of moving parts at the time so what do you really expect apart from a policy that shows how they think.

And please, I dont think things are great, I just want people to put things in perspective. At this stage of the company, meaning financials arent geered up and we dont really know how investments and therefor cashflow will look going forward, we cant have an exact dividend policy. Obviously there has been some discussions and obviously they didn´t agree on everything. Maybe thats why they used the word "substantial" they wanted to show their intention but due to moving parts they obviously cant quantify it. There is a lot more to read in to the message than only the words on the paper....

Why dont you that complain put together your own dividend policy and let the board analyze it given the fundamentals of the company and we can see what you come up with. I welcome it.... And if there are any good thoughts that could improve the company postion lets bring them to the managements attention. Instead of just complain. Lets be active and productive and use your knowledge to the best interest of the company.

And by the way it cant just be Empty that understands that I feel that great changes needs to be made. But I think there is a lot of people here that focus on details that really doesn´t matter for are shareprice development going forward. Focus on what needs to be in place in the big picture instead....
