OT - Bounce away, tibbcat, although I could only help you with European and World soccer. I can't say I watch much MLS. It just can't compete with the wealth of European leagues games on tv every week, of which I watch an inordinate amount.
I'm 46 and still kick a ball around for fun and to stay fit. No better aerobic exercise IMO. (Although I'm currenly nursing heel spurs, which take months to heal and mean I can't kick a ball.)
