Since we made and lower high and and a lower low off the top the trend is down so we need to real careful here about a possible turn around. Could just be a counter trend rally into this downtrend off the top. Bummer this 'spring' comes in after lower lows and lower highs. Negates it a bit. Red flag is up. Not a time to go all in. downtrend rallies are to be shorted until proven otherwise,no?
