Yes, another "spot the obvious" that I'm sure is part of the documentation being sent to the CEO/CFO/Legal Department. So what will come out first, the 8k in response to this blatant fraud documentation and pending legal action or the 8k that states billions and billions are headed your way?

Or maybe the BOD is being seated, wasn't that supposed to happen 3rd quarter/4th quarter/ 1st quarter/ 2nd quarter??? or will they finally uplist, no wait, there are requirements for that, oops, guess not..... Talk about kick the can......
