They opened for trading, allowed trading below the bid ask of .04 so I jumped in knowing the pps would work its way up to the bid of .04. At some point during the day trading was halted. The question is did they sell shares that they were no eligible to sell because of a valuation basis. If so there is a big problem. Shares should never have been able to trade to begin with approximately 800000 or so that traded the day after the drop off.
