David, the pps level of ETLC relative to IVFH really shows the imperfections of the otc market. ETLC is trading more than double that IVFH, but yet has had no income whatsoever. The outstanding share structures are very similar, therefore, the only reasonable "explanation" is the lack of IVFH news (and the recent move to the bb for ETLC). If one were to use ETLC as a guide, IVFH would base around 10 cents (or higher) soon after obtaining the otcbb listing.
