Debt, expensive, loan shark debt, is unfortunately necessary and many times the only kind available in the OTC. Private equity placements to individuals are usually no less usurious. It makes it very difficult for companies to develop and survive without bloating the OS, continuously raising the AS, and doing at least one if not many RS. At that point, companies are just printing paper and covering pay checks with no intention to conduct any business. Not saying this is at that point at all. But, much of the debt is covering bloated salaries and incentives. Management needs to reign that in, trim all fat, and increase sales significantly. No pilots, but actual placements that generate revenue. $15 million in revenue might cover salaries and benefits, not really sure. But, under $1.5 doesn't cover the CEO and Mayors family. They have a long road. I like the product, I like where they are selling it, it is much needed. They just need to sell a whole lot more.
