I am not giving them a pass on anything. I am distinguishing between what must be reported immediately from those things that might need reporting or that can be reported later. Creation of a direct financial obligation requires immediate reporting. Issuing shares or the expiration of an MOU does not. These are important distinctions when complaining to the SEC or the company's auditors.
