an equivalent mktcap to refg would be .16 to .20 here based on a fully diluted a/s, so it all depends on quite a few variables... is it the same team? will they execute as well? or maybe even better? will there be significant changes to existing share structure? so all pure speculation at this point til some news unfolds..
