Wow the balls on these guys - they want another 3 months. It should be interesting to see if the EC objects to this, it would give a good indication as to whether or not the Company has made an adequate offer. Very interesting that they have stated that they are negotiating with equity, and also how they have all of a sudden magically revised their projections and valuation LMAO - I'm sure that has nothing to do with the valuation experts for the Equity Committee poking around and doing discovery.
