Obviously covering for illegal behavior by ERHC management is a high priority for some reason. And yes I do believe what they have done is actionable in a court of law. I have already made the auditors aware. They are looking into it. Seems to me they have some culpability here too but let's see if they work to rectify the problem or chose to ignore it. I am rethinking getting the SEC involved. If you let people like this walk all over your rights, they will.
