That's a total non sequitur.

Not paying taxes when they are legally due is an offense, just like refusing to file with the SEC when you're legally obliged to do so is.

If by "loopholes" you mean structuring their affairs to minimise tax, then that's a totally different thing than HJOE is doing, under the pretense of stiffing their toxic finance buddies.

As I'm sure all our Moms told us, two wrongs don't make a right(except maybe Matt Veal's Mom forgot to give him lessons in morality, it would appear).
