Wow.... 'prox deposit' ....where's that 8K....isn't there a 3 day requirements?

What could 8 days without one filed mean ?

They must have gotten deposit money on Prox sales.Tells me 8k coming very soon.

So this is what you think happened to pay the lien of $137,500.

Lets play this out then.

The court case was scheduled for 6/15....... Lets give Heddle all the time possible based on that.

Lets say he signed the deal .....had the cash wired into Plastic2Oils account one hour before the court hearing......there was some sort of prearranged settlement made so all he had to do was wire the plaintiff their money minutes before the court hearing.....and then counsel for both parties report to the court that it is now settled at the hearint.


That starts the 3 day window for filing an 8K for a material event of the sale of processors ....taking the latest the court would be on session...... as about 4 pm on 6/15......which is about the latest the money could be wired into Plastic2Oil's account and get all this done that day.

Lets even give it a day extra...... If by 6/19 there is no 8K what happens to the story of a 'processor deposit' ?
