It'll be at least 425,00,000 and they may not even be able to convert all when the cap is reach at 480,000,000. they probably can only go to about 430,000,000 since shares are probably reserved for preferred stock conversion and warrants. You might have the Toxic's forcing ARYC to do a shareholder vote to increase the A/S so they can convert it all,
