I was looking at selling some old PCs and I saw a ton of PCs for sale in the $20 - $50 area. These are typically older Merom/Conroe generation systems with Windows XP installed on them. I can see where a large supply of these could affect the market of higher-priced stuff. I wouldn't run XP but some might for the price.
