Right Pyramid. I am thinking more of a purchase instead of a merger. Thanks for clarifying. I do believe this makes sense and if they take their time it is most likely in my mind what will happen. My worry was that this wan not to be the first acquisition, but it seems, as has been opined by a few here, that the 7/5 date has no relevance on this, although i am if the opinion that a merger, purchase or like needed to be announced before said date
