It would appear that way...

I was suspicious of the recent stock transfer. They gave themselves enough stock that they can out vote all the other shareholders combined. They don't even have to ask if they want to change something.

They're only notifying us after the fact about what "the majority of shareholders" decided.

Pretty much a hard slap in the face for investors.

The "FUND RAISING" will continue.
