The SEC has good reason to suspend or they wouldn't have... The SEC often has more than they need and in the form of "proof", it does not come to light until or unless they file a lawsuit. Though the Company may well be and likely is well aware of what's what... There not likely to tell.
At this point all that matters is the FACT that they were suspended.
