REVO's patents legitimacy were undergirded by the patent office when it rejected AF's attempt to file something similar. REVO has a court case win under their belt, as well. So, does anybody have any idea regarding what they could possibly do to take advantage of those successes. Or, will this situation render their patents null-and-void, and the court victory, well, as if it never happened. Here is a sidebar question: Does anybody know if Ali and/ Carter received yearly salaries (cash) from the company?
