VICL: We have a very interesting situation with the filed prospectus. IMO it is the prelude of the release of better than expected phase 2 herpes results. Because only when that happens the company is able to raise $100M. IMO we are going to be a lot richer the next week.

They have $40m in cash. With a cash burn of $10m annually. They do not need the money in fact, they could have waited for H1 2016 and the release of the CMV phase 2 results or even to H2 2017 with the CMV phase 3 results. But they do it now, because the results will be better than expected. IMHO.
