I find it interesting that Sandoz would even consider renegotiating this 2003 deal. (They didn't seem interested when it shifted to a royalty...)

I agree with Dew that this will only have economic impact if the Safe Harbor issue is resolved in their favor and there are either damages or a royalty in the future.

However, I find it interesting that Sandoz is even back at the table with MNTA after so long. Possibly indicative of future collaboration?
