And sell THIS as a shell for a REVERSE MERGER, the most popular MKT. SEGMENT seems to be MJ/MMJ currently.

Debt is trivial (~$200k); MJ/MMJ companies can save 6 to 12 months going this route( R/M).
There most certainly will be an R/S, more like a 25:1, or 50:1.
There were several examples from 2013/2014.
PLP3 ----> VAP3 was one such R/M.
