I am really starting to think that 13M day was a blow off and that Ed had advanced notice perhaps through negotiations with the sellers. The PR was an attempt to mitigate the damage but since then, I like the flow of PR and moves which seem much more investor focused and seller(s) seem to be gone. Good set up moving forward.
