Yes, you're right. I intended my focus to be on longevity going forward, i.e. from now, but didn't make that clear.

I believe that AMD's IP in AMD64 and Mirrorbit are too valuable to ever disappear. Even if AMD, the company, goes bankrupt, these assets will be carried forward by some other agent.
