I agree negger by the sounds of it the way the rep from the company was explaining it to me was that there was so many exciting developments going on in the "field" as he called it (their properties I guess) that the admin side sort of took a back seat not out of malicious intentions but out of getting caught up in the excitement and as a result they let things slide a bit, they were playing catch up but are now comitted to fixing it up
