RS is a very bad thing in this case. There is no intent to uplis there. And EVEN IF the company did split the shares hard enough to uplist, they would soon be delisted because they survive on SELLING SHARES, and the nice stock price would quickly be destroyed by dilution.
RS is very bad here and is essentially the equivalent of bankruptcy or 'we failed'.
Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
