Baltia HAS shown it can pass the mini-evac. The problem has been with the slides, which are a known problem throughout the industry. BLTA doesn't pack their own slides. It is done from an outside vendor...of which the latest vendor was recommended by the FAA.

It's been taking forever due to the difficulties in scheduling so many required FAA personnel. Rest assured...it will happen. If not this time, then the next time.
